Client Initial Consultation
Streamline your client intake process. This database-driven basic financial overview form is meant to take your client about 5 minutes to prepare, and quickly gives you the information you need to get to the heart of their financial situation. A PDF version of the form is available on our "Get Started" page, and an online version can be integrated into your firm's website or hosted on our private, secure server.

Full Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Case Preparation
We have over 10 years experience in preparing cases under both chapter 7 and chapter 13 before some of the most demanding judges and trustees in the country. Your clients can provide information using either our paper questionnaire or our database-driven online questionnaire. We will review the information provided by your clients and ensure that information is complete, accurate and consistent. We'll even prepare a paystub analysis and calculate the chapter 13 plan.
We also supply a full supporting document checklist to assist client in providing paperwork needed to meet the reasonable investigation requirements of Rule 9011 and Section 707(b)(4). These documents can be overnighted, faxed, emailed or uploaded directly to our secure case document repository.
We consult with the client to gather any missing information. When it's all done, we provide you with a complete answer file in either BestCase or EZ-Filing format, a ready-to-print and sign set of documents including the petition, schedules, statements and plan, and scanned images of the supporting documents with a detailed summary of any issues we discovered along the way.

Our CaseManagerBK service offers you and your client a one-stop site to view the current status of each bankruptcy case, a list of upcoming deadlines, events and hearings, and have immediate access to all the documents filed in the case. This will dramatically reduce the time your inhouse staff will spend responding to requests for this information. As part of this service, we'll maintain copies of your client's case documents on our secure, private server for as long you remain a retained client of Counsel Support. Your clients can retrieve copies of their documents as often as they like at no extra charge and no hassle to you. (*CaseManagerBK is currently in beta test, but will be available soon.)

Our totally free chapter 7 means test service is available online 24/7. Regularly updated with the current means test data, this service reproduces Official Form B22A and allows you to do a quick analysis of chapter 7 eligibility on the quickly anywhere you have internet access.
